Get Set Day

Only 17 of our 300+ members braved the cold on Saturday for our ‘Get Set Day' but, despite the disappointing turn-out much was achieved. While our groundsmen, Mike and Grenville set to work on the pitches, other volunteers painted the score-hut inside and out; painted the junior pavilion and the shed; lopped and tidied the hedges; weeded and edged round the artificial wicket and did a few other essential jobs. A big thank-you to all who helped out.
