Great Melton men's and women's indoor teams have been in action with the men starting the season with two wins out of two. Having won the county tournament in 2023 the champions started the defence of their title with victory over Norwich. Chasing 236 they won with 4 overs to spare at Wymondham Leisure Centre. In their second game, man-of-the-match James Alcock claimed a number of wickets in the defeat of Acle.

The young Great Melton ladies team lost their first game narrowly to Old Buckenham at Long Stratton Leisure Centre but a good performance with bat and ball enabled them to record their first win against Beccles Town.
