2024 AGM DETAILS

The Annual General Meeting of Great Melton Cricket Club will take place on Thursday 21st November (7.30 p.m.) in the Pavilion at Melton Park

The agenda, including the names of nominated officers plus various reports on the 2024 season and the minutes of the 2023 AGM are attached. Further reports will be added to this page when they become available. Proposed amendments to the Constitution are highlighted in the document. They generally concern name changes to some official positions.

All club members are invited so please do your best to attend. It is YOUR club and your presence (and vote) at the AGM is needed to shape the club's future direction. As ever, there are important decisions to be made: As you will note from the agenda, there are proposed changes to some of the senior positions on the club's Executive Committee. In addition to that there are, unusually, 2 nominees for the role of A Team Captain but no clear nominee for First Team Captain at this stage. We will not be inviting nominations on the night for that role, rather that the appointment is deferred for the Executive Committee to make in due course.

There will also be an important update regarding the future of Ladies cricket at Great Melton.

Finally, hard copies of the agenda & finance report will not be provided, so please bring your own if you wish to refer to them on the night.
