2023 AGM NOTICE
The Annual General Meeting of Great Melton Cricket Club will take place on Wednesday 22nd November (7.30 p.m.) in the Pavilion at Melton Park
The agenda, including the names of nominated officers plus various reports on the 2023 season and the minutes of the 2022 AGM are attached.
All club members are invited so please do your best to attend. It is YOUR club and your presence (and vote) at the AGM is needed to shape the club's future direction.
As you will note from the agenda we still require volunteers for some roles, most notably that of Club Secretary but also Ladies/Girls Team Manager & ideally another Junior Representative. Alongside those ‘official' roles, we really could do with people to help organise Fundraising & Social Activities. 2024 is the club's 50th Anniversary year and there will be much to celebrate but without people to organise them, any celebration events will be thin on the ground.
Finally, in a change to previous AGMs, hard copies of the agenda & finance report will not be provided, so please bring your own if you wish to refer to them on the night.
